Everything was great about the stay!! Will definitely stay again!!!
Elevators broke and the wait time was crazy. However they were in the process of trying to repair the broken ones so hopefully in the future it will be better.

It’s right on the beach. The patio with the pools, hot tub and grills is a great feature.
The $40 parking permit to use the units parking slot is not included. Come on…

The location was perfect and the condo was nice and spacious.
During our stay, the thermostat in our rental did not work, and the temperatures were freezing every night. I contacted customer service, and although maintenance was sent out, the issue could not be fixed. As a result, we spent our entire trip cold both inside and outside, which made for a very uncomfortable and disappointing vacation. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a long, miserable experience due to the lack of heat and the inability to resolve the problem.

We loved the location and the set up of the condo. Everything was nice and clean and had a great view.
When we arrived to the unit it was warm in side the space. Unit was not working. Finally got ahold of someone amd they sent a maintenance guy out to look at it but I had to help help him with troubleshooting the unit and had to use my flashlights. The maintenance guy could not fix and at that time it was around 10-10:30pm and he had to call a HVAC company to come out. Once he arrived on site around 11:30-11:45pm I also had to help him assist on troubleshooting and again they had to use my flashlights. We was able to make a temporary fix and when all was said and done it was after midnight. I was so disappointed because I was extremely tired because I had been up since 2:30am driving down and I could not even rest. After all od taht everything else was great.
