Excellent communication with the host. Check-in and check-out with a key box. Very easy and quick. New building, on the first floor, with elevator and stairs. Parking available inside . Very clean, tidy, bright, and airy. The washing machine and dishwasher work perfectly. The neighbors are quiet, so you can sleep very well. Carrefour and AFI ARAD are 100 meters away, and Atrium Mall is 150 meters away; the train station is 400-500 meters away. If you arrive on foot, you can enter with a code through the side entrance of Carrefour/Leroy Merlin.

Apartament spatios si foarte curat. Am fost surprinsa sa gasesc atat masina de spalat rufe, cat si masina de uscat. Sigur scrie despre ele si in descriere, dar intrucat nu am stat decat o noapte, nu am fost curioasa sa citesc tot.
Patul avea 1.40 latime. Ma asteptam sa aiba cel putin 1.60 iar spatiul ar fi permis acest lucru. Mi-ar fi placut sa gasesc un filtru de cafea cu capsule, mai ales ca am fost rugati ca la sfarsit sa lasam cum am gasit, inclusiv vase spalate.

Un apartament excepțional.
Nou, curat, parcare securizată în curte, amplasare la 2 pași de centrul comercial AFI,
lengerie curată, miros plăcut, dotat cu toate necesitățile și electrocasnice.
Ușor de găsit.
Mulțumesc foarte mult gazdei.
P.S. Problema care am remarcat la unele cazări era pernele incomode pentru odihnă. Aici pernele și saltelele sunt perfecte.
Nu sunt obiecții.
