The village of Forada offers a bar, a restaurant, a church, a shop and an art gallery. The house is powered by solar and wind power, with an emergency generator for reliability. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. The house has a living room with two seating areas, one by the traditional fireplace and bread oven and the other on a mezzanine floor with access to a roof terrace with stunning views. The main dining room, which leads to all the bedrooms and a large terrace on the veranda, has a large dining table for gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace with a large table perfect for meals under the apricot tree overlooking the forest. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
