The place was clean and fairly spacious. The staff were helpful, and the accommodation felt very secure and safe. It is located in a lively local neighborhood with many street food vendors nearby. You can do your laundry in the building, but there are also several laundry facilities in the surrounding area. Additionally, you’ll find many convenience stores within walking distance.
The room was not well soundproofed. I noticed a faint smell of marijuana in the corridor at times. The internet connection was unreliable, often dropping for 30 seconds to a minute, making it unsuitable for video conferencing. Additionally, the water drainage in the bathroom was poor, leaving parts of the bathroom floor wet and attracting insects.

The room is huge and internet is amazing. I was able to rest very well, the bed and room is cool and it is very quiet. They even have an elevator. So for a traveller like me, it is nice to rest.
They don't provide toiletries though. They don't provide towels and soap. Although this is very least of a problem as I bring my own. I had an experience before booking in a cheap hotel experiencing this. So I got ready and brought my own. The rest, it is perfectly fine. Quiet, cool, not stinky, comfortable bed.
