I was satisfied with the spacious unit. It has two bedrooms, with one queen-size bed and one bunk bed, making it suitable for families or small groups. The unit is also well-equipped with useful amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator, shoe rack, TV, Wi-Fi, parking space, and a clothes drying area. These facilities made the stay more convenient and comfortable.

This is my first time staying here as a renter , but unfortunately the room was quite disappointing. 1. The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke — in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The owner should consider deducting from the deposit of any tenant who smokes inside the room. I had difficulty breathing when I first entered and had to open the windows. 2. The chair in the living room had a musty smell. It might be a good idea to spray or clean it. 3. The towel rack in the bathroom was already detached. 4. The water heater temperature could not be adjusted, and the water was extremely hot. 5. No towels were provided initially. I had to ask for them before they were given to me. 6. The toiletries provided were Verona E-CO brand products. If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to certain soaps, make sure to bring your own toiletries. 7. The floor had just been mopped, but there was still water on the floor that hadn’t dried yet.
