New Modern in Trastevere with Garden

sehr schön eingerichtet, für Familien geeignet, ruhige Lage sber mitten in Trastevere, tolle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, immer ansprechbar

die Klimaanlage hatte mit den sehr hohen Aussentemperaturen zu kämpfen und es gab keine Waschmaschine wie angegeben ( übersetzungsfehler)

A great bachelor flat near but just outside the really buzzing areas - perfect location for us. Air conditioning was critical and worked well. Kitchen was large enough for self-catering and had all the essentials.

The door lock needed extra explanation (which we got after enquiring). It is essentially one big space with little privacy, so not suitable for friends rather than family. Visible from the road, so curtains had to remain drawn. Main building door right next to the flat is quite noisy in the mornings. The depicted backyard plants are sadly all gone.

Emplacement super dans Trastevere. L’appartement est propre et nous avions tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Nous avons adoré !!

Il faut être à l’aise car la douche n’est pas fermée.

Zdecydowanie najlepszą cechą obiektu jest lokalizacja - wszędzie bardzo blisko. Jest też stosunkowo nowy i czysty.

W mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno. Pobyt w grudniu skończył się dla całej grupy przeziębieniem. Nie działa kaloryfer, ogrzewanie miała zapewnić klimatyzacja, która na tak dużą i otwartą przestrzeń jest niewydajna. Przy ustawieniu grzania na MAX, termometr przy urządzeniu pokazywał ledwie 20 stopni. W drugim pomieszczeniu, gdzie jest duże okno - ledwie 16! Na wyposażeniu nie ma żadnych wspomnianych w opisie kosmetyków (była ledwie resztka mydła do rąk), jest zmywarka bez tabletek do zmywania, ekspres bez kawy - generalnie wszystko trzeba sobie przywieźć albo kupić. Najgorsze - lokal jest zaadaptowany z jakiegoś lokalu usługowego - jeśli nie chcesz aby przechodnie zaglądali ci do środka przez wielką witrynę, cały czas trzeba zasuwać zasłony.
