At was a really lovely apt. Nicely positioned but should say how many stairs are involved in getting up to it. .
There was zero info on local area and no instructions on how to use the safe which resulted in us having to wait 1.5 hours till someone came to open it for us on our first day.
The front door kept sticking when trying to lock it. The cleaners should have arrived mid-holiday to do a light clean and change towels, they never arrived until the day before we were leaving and that was only after I emailed Elite Rentals about them not having appeared!
