Wonderful peaceful villa, service exceptional

We stayed for 8 nights in Satu Villa and can highly recommend if you want to be away from the busy-ness of the main drags of Canguu and Seminyak. With plenty of space to spread out and all the advantages a villa brings, this suited our needs perfectly and was great value for money. There are some excellent eating options (eg Bonito, Tanau) within walking distance, once you’ve had enough of the crowds. Highlights: - Amazingly friendly staff, accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Booked us scooters, organised transfers and drivers, laundry etc - Great communication through the WhatsApp group - Exceptionally clean and well maintained (for Bali) - Pool size for the two bedrooms was more than adequate for four adults - Bed linen and pillows high quality - Open air lounge and living areas add a nice ambiance and we really enjoyed the outdoor vibe - Lovely products in the bathroom - Pool towels and bathroom towels frequently changed - Turndown service ensures mozzie free sleeping Thank you Kokomo staff, you made our trip truly memorable by your attention to detail and service excellence.

Could improve: - Need sharp knives in the kitchen. There was only cutlery to cut our fruit etc - Provide spare toilet paper, so you’re not caught short - Compared to local brunch spots, the breakfast menu did not have choices that suited us. All prepared off site and so this limits the options away from things that are cooked fresh to order. Not a problem, as 7am Bakers is in walking distance and they have epic breakkies.

Perfect family villa, private, cozy, and welcoming.

Excellent villa. We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved it. There are two separate living units, which is perfect for two families to stay comfortably without disturbing each other. A beautiful shared space with a lovely territory where you can walk barefoot, and a pool where our kids spent most of their time. Very caring and attentive staff. This was our second stay here, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

the road to the villa is a bit confusing and its narrow so cars will have an issue when it comes to exiting

Amazing stay at Kokomo Villa

This villa is beautiful and it's fully equipped from good quality body wash, shampoo and condition and they even gave toothpaste. Not the tiny ones but a legit big charcoal toothpaste. Customer service was top notch. The staff was extremely humble and they really go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. The cleanliness was top notch. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing 🤩

The villa was incredible. So much space and comfort. I stayed here with 2 of my best friends and we loved it.

The staff were so friendly, professional, helpful and kind thoroughout our stay. They checked in with us regularly but also respected our privacy. We loved the villa and hope to return again some day. A special thanks to Carolina, Agung, Pari and Uni ❤️ they went above and beyond for us. Coming into our villa to take photos of us before we went for dinner, helping us with our luggage and welcoming us with drinks and snacks.

A perfect stay with an amazing host, beautiful accommodation, and a great location!

This place was absolutely incredible! It looked even better in person than in the photos, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had such a great time and I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. The location was ideal, right between Seminyak and Canggu, making it easy to get around. I truly have no complaints and will definitely be coming back!

The location sign is not clear, resulting in inconvenience when we book a ride or order food as drivers/riders tend to go to the villa next door. Would be great is Kokomo can make their sign more prominent. Bathroom is beautiful but the water doesnt clear fast enough for just 2 persons using one after another and can result in floods in the toilet.

Carolina and the team were there to greet us as we drove in. They immediately took all of our luggage and showed us to our villa😊 They were very attentive throughout our stay and would respond to any questions/requests instantly. They also have security through the night which really put us at ease. The restaurant is also a must visit - everything cooked fresh, right infront of you, made to order! 10/10 stay

Neue, saubere, und ruhige Villen mit tollem Personal im hektischen Canggu

Eine wunderschöne und saubere neue Villa mit ganz tollem Personal und top Preis - Leistungs-Verhältnis. In einer Seitenstraße gelegen neben einem Reisfeld und einer Baustelle, die zu unserer Zeit aber nicht sehr störend war. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, die Mitarbeiter waren 24/7 erreichbar in einem kleinen Haus zwischen den Villen bzw. per WhatsApp. Über das Restaurant konnte man auch jederzeit etwas zu essen bekommen. Jeden Abend wurde zusätzlich zum morgendlichen Zimmerservice noch ein Mosquito-Service im Zimmer angeboten, sowie eine Karaffe Minz-Limettenwasser gebracht. Solche Kleinigkeiten machen es aus, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Zum Strand sind es wegen des furchtbaren Verkehrs in Canggu circa 30-45 Minuten, obwohl es nur wenige Kilometer sind. Canggu war uns als Familie mit Kleinkindern etwas zu stressig, aber die Ausflugsziele von der Villa (mindestens 4 indoor - und Outdoorspielplätze im Umkreis von 20-30 Minuten) waren klasse.

Sehr schön gestalte Villa. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz des wilden Trubel in Kangoo ist man gut abgeschirmt von dem Lärm der Stadt. Wann beginnt allerdings ein Roller

Nachricht mit WhatsApp ist zwar lieb gemeint, aber irgendwie nervig im Urlaub. Aufgrund einer Architektur gibt es nur wenig Sonne im Garten.

Het ligt dicht in de buurt van het strand. Maar het zit niet direct in de drukte, waardoor je lekker terug kunt trekken na een drukke dag. Verder is de villa waar wij in zaten ideaal voor een stel.

Avevamo la villa con due camere e piscina. Le due camere sono indipendenti, grandi, luminose, ciascuna con il suo bagno. La piscina è piacevole, così come tutta la zona giorno, all'aperto con zona TV e salotto e una bella cucina all'americana. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla realtà, che è ancora meglio. Lo staff è sempre presente e disponibile. La colazione servita in camera è ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il late check out alle 12.30

La cena che abbiamo ordinato non ci ha soddisfatto.
