Θα μπορούσε να έχει καινούργια έπιπλα όπως έναν καναπέ και μια τραπεζαρία διότι αυτά που έχει είναι πολύ παλιά

So viel Ruhe die ich geniesen konnte, Ich habe mich so sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, um es sich gemütlich zu machen, gerade bei dem Regen dieser Tage. Ringsum konnte man aus Fenstern schauen, Balkon und Terrasse. Von der Couch aus auf den Baum blicken und in kürzester Zeit unzählige verschiedene Vögel beobachten. Im Bett habe ich großartig geschlafen. Ich war schon sehr oft in Athen, aber diese Unterkunft war bisher die Beste, optimal für meinen Aufenthaltgrund. In der Küche ist alles da, um nicht aus dem Hauszu müssen. Einkaufen ist Fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Antonis antwortet immer sofort und sehr Freundschaftlich, total unkompliziert. Ausserdem fühlte ich mich mit samt der Ausstattung sehr sicher. Ich hoffe, wieder einmal die Chance zu haben, in dieser Wohnung zu verweilen. Danke Antonis ❤️👌👍🌞
Hätte gerne früher ankommen dürfen, oder wenigsten das Gepäck früher abgestellt. Vermutlich wäre das auch gegangen, hab ich selbst aber so nicht kommuniziert. Klappt vielleicht beim nächsten Mal 🙌

The apartment was very clean and it had a nice balcony overlooking the street below as well as a separate outdoor seating area off of the kitchen. The unit also had a washing machine though I did not use it. The kitchen was well appointed. I would have preferred not having the satin sheets as they had a cheap feel to them.The host was very friendly and helpful. The street parking was adequate. The location in a residential neighborhood was fairly quiet except for the early morning except when the children arrived to the school across the street and not too far from the main restaurant/shopping area of downtown Chalandri. The price for my stay was extremely reasonable.
If you are traveling with heavy suitcases the number of steps to reach the unit from street level is very challenging. To his credit the host helped me take my bags to my vehicle when I departed.

The property is in a quiet residential street close to the Georgian and Japanese Embassies, it's quiet, leafy and green with good air. There are two large balconies that are ideal in warmer weather.
The host is argumentative and petty - if you ask for something simple like the heating to be turned on then they start a big argument and then threaten that you have to pay a €200 deposit or they'll cancel the booking. The property is cold in the colder months because there are only bare tiles and the heating system isn't turned on till later - the one heat is for AC units that can only just about do the job - say hello to dry throats. Rather than be honest and say it's too expensive to turn on the heating the host was just super argumentative and I ended up being diplomatic so as to not have to move which would have been possible but inconvenient. The host is over-proud about this being "an expensive area" and doesn't understand the basics of customer service, in addition to which there's tons of technology but basics like a comfortable sofa are not considered - instead there's one that's maybe 30 years old. The bed is creaky if you make the slightest movement too - all these are things that can easily be fixed and perhaps the host will read this and consider a) how they immediately get angry instead of telling the truth and seeking a solution and b) consider comfort as the most important thing when renting a furnished property. I would add that the kitchen cupboards need a good clean inside and also simple stuff like the clothes drying rack should be cleaned and not full of rusty water as we found it. I'm being fair and balanced in what I'm saying - I left it a couple of days to write this as the hosts behaviour completely overshadowed any enjoyment we had staying at that property - which is a shame. With a few tweaks it could be a really nice place - if you need to be in Chalandri its a great location with supermarkets close walking distance - there's also plenty of places to park a car and you can find good car rental a short walk away.
