Location was good. Only 2km from Dubai Mall which we walked to because it’s quicker than being stuck in the traffic. There’s a small grocery store around the corner and across the road which was convenient.
The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the room is nice and dark. This was great after a long flight from Australia. I could’ve slept all day.
The pool is great and plenty of sun beds to relax on.
The staff were absolutely wonderful! Extremely responsive and helpful. Very good communication from the time we booked and during our stay.
Nothing major but good to note. There’s no dishwasher and we didn’t have a tea towel to wash up but when u messaged them, someone came within half an hour to drop one off.
There’s only one bathroom (which we don’t realise but it was fine) and when you shower, the water will go everywhere (toilet and toilet paper).
