1. În primul rând locația este nouă , iar priveliștea de vis;
2. Terasa generoasă, cu piscina și grătar ;
3. Acces din terasă separat în living și în dormitor;
4. Living-ul open space cu bucătărie și dining ;
5. Dormitorul matrimonial cu dressing și baie, plus iesirea direct în terasa care asigură priveliștea extraordinară.
6. Dotările duplex ului sunt perfecte;
Proprietarul, dl Periklis este foarte deschis și primitor ;
E mult spus neplăcut, dar dacă mergi în două cupluri, al doilea dormitor nu are același vibe ca și cel matrimonial, mai exact nu are același view, iar baia 2 este cu acces din living .
De altfel foarte decent .

Die Aussicht, war atemberaubend!
Der Vermieter war unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit.
Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen, wenn einen Nachbarn und Kinder, nicht stören.
Eine Auto, ist bei dieser Unterkunft, aufjedefall von nöten.
Das die Wohneinheit als eigene Villa bezeichnet wurde, stimmt so nicht.
Der Vermieter wohnt im Obergeschoss und direkt neben unserer Wohneinheit, ist eine weitere Wohnung, die zur Hälfte mit einer Steinmauer abgetrennt wird.
Somit hat man leider nicht die Ruhe, als wenn man eine Villa, für sich alleine hätte.
Das war für uns, leider etwas enttäuschend.
