L’appartamento è fresco, forse Perché è parzialmente sotto il livello della strada. Ci sono 3 camere da letto 2 bagni Una cucina abitabile e un bel soggiorno. Tutto rinnovato da poco. Con lavatrice asciugatrice e lavastoviglie.
Purtroppo essendo l’appartamento in parte interrato, ha moltissima umidità che spunta dalle pareti e anche dal soffitto. L’odore di muffa è fastidioso. Sarebbe utile un sistema automatico di ricambio dell’aria. Il parcheggio non c’è. Ma anche quello pubblico non ha molti posti, la maggior parte sono a disco orario. 8.12/15.18.

The apartment is spacious and has two bathrooms which were great! The lounge is also spacious. There are 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very modern. Huge bonus is the tumble dryer! The location is also good.
The apartment is sort of on the basement level which means that it was rather cold. The heating did not work properly which meant the back bedroom was freezing at night! The owner did try his best to sort out the problem. There is no parking at the apartment and the Neighbours are not very friendly about having you park while you off load
