Vineyard Apartment Nadi

Property was spacious , clean and catered well to our big group.

People were walking in and out of the property to do maintenance without warning or that being organised before guests arrive would be ideal . We had kids so random people walking in and out of the compound was abit uncomfortable. Location was abit difficult to find and describe to taxis so hiring a car would be a better option .

The apartment itself looks quite newly built. It has its own private washing facilities outside which was nice. Has a decent sized kitchen and bathroom. Rooms were of good size with lots of storage. The location was good too, fully gated and fenced section. The owner is also very nice and accommodating . Both rooms and living room had AC and fans which were good. Car parking in front of apartment.

The toilet and bathroom was the only major let down in the apartment. It was very dirty - black mold growing in the shower - doesn’t look like it’s ever been maintained properly. It was also giving of a damp smell from the bathroom. NO hot water in the showers, only in the kitchen. Showered in cold water. Also lack of basic amenities such as, no extra blankets. No floor mats in the shower bathroom area. Very limited cutlery and dinnerware in kitchen. No extra pillows - when asked manager for extra blankets, she stated there is already some in the rooms,(there was only sheets) when asked for extra pillows, looked like she gave us a cushion couch from her room. No rubbish bins inside the apartment or even inside the bathroom. There was a small couch, which was fine. There was also a small dining table with only 2 chairs and broken legs. We tried to clean the black mould ourselves with bleach, but it still would not come off. We all wore shower shoes as the shower had a slimey feeling inside. No kitchen tea towels either. The apartment itself is not bad, just needs basic maintenance and upkeep of hygiene area. Also beds look new, however very thin mattress.
