The house was in a fantastic area and was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable!
1. There were areas of the fence missing so if we had brought our dogs it would have not been what we had been hoping for in terms of the back yard. Adding this to the description so that it’s clear if there is a full fence or not would be awesome.
2.Communication with the property management company was also not ideal. There was no way to just directly speak to someone quickly if needed and messages had to be sent, which sometimes did not receive a reply.
3. We paid the pet fee and then decided not to bring the dogs, so I asked about a potential refund of the fee, but no one responded. It’s okay if the answer was no, but someone could have at least responded. It was an extra $100.
4. The door from the house to the garage would not lock.
