The location is excellent, just one short block from Copacabana Beach, and conveniently located next to all the restaurants and shops. The building is secure with a friendly 24/7 doorman. There is an elevator. Check-in and check-out are extremely easy with the key drop box. Julia is super attentive and was a WhatsApp message away. The decor and furniture are good for this price point. The posted photos are genuine. The kitchen is well-equipped. I think this apartment has high potential for a great deal if some attention were given to its bathroom maintenance and soundproofing of the windows.

You absolutely need good earplugs to sleep here. I'm surprised no one has mentioned how noisy this apartment is, considering it's located on one of the major avenues and the windows have large gaps on the side! The bathroom needs some attention, and with a few simple maintenance measures, it can be brought back to good condition.
