El lugar está muy cerca de todo, el personal me trato excelente, Adriana, Juan Pablo y Melissa, son unos chicos extraordinarios. La habitación muy limpia.

La ubicación....
Sentía calor en la habitación. Tenía un abanico pero al no haber buena ventilación se sentía fogaje. Cuando abría la puerta entraba fresco. Y me cobraron IVA aun cuando les dije que yo no residia en Colombia y que mi estancia era solo de unos días. Me dijeron que eso era la comisión de booking pero se que no era cierto. Porque me quedé en otro hotel en medellin y no me lo cobraron al enseñar mi pasaporte
