A lovely warm annex. beautifully decorated. Great welcome box. A perfect place to get away.

The location was perfect - beside a stream so its' comforting sound lulled me into a relaxing night's sleep!

Wifi wasn't great and no mobile service - no fault of the hosts. Good to get away from it but needed to check in occasionally.

Peace and quiet

Difficult location to find. Never saw the hosts Cottage was so completely covered with collective trinkets on walls, every shelf and cabinets all over. Left no room for our food or items anywhere

It's a lovely little cottage, really cozy. Not too far from the waterfall or mountains but enough far for someone who enjoys peace.

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, quirky and cute

The property is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, full of blankets and cushions, and lovely ornaments, bees and ducks. It's really quirky and cute. The bed was very comfy, and it was great to have use of a full kitchen, including a washing machine, although there is nowhere to dry clothes easily. It was also really good value for money.

Only downside was that there was building works going on up the road, and they continued until around 7pm each eve (Fri & sat), and as the only place to sit outside is out the front next to the driveway, it was quite noisy. Also, I'd expected more of a river (but this was probably my own misunderstanding), I think perhaps due to drought this is now a trickle of a stream. These were only minor things, and it's a really lovely annex.

Peaceful getaway

The cottage is really cosy, has everything you'd need, and is perfectly located for the Dark Skies Experience. You're right on the edge of the national park where you'll find lots of sheep and some horses. It was a 30-minute drive to the car park (£6 fee) for the Four Falls Trail, which is well worth it. We also ventured into Brecon for a browse and found it to be really quaint, with a village feel. Though there isn't much to do. It's perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

A beautiful little private annex with everything you need for a great stay and in an excellent location.

Beautiful location next to a river that made for the perfect soundtrack for sleeping. Perfectly appointed little bolt hole with all the amenities I needed. Super comfy bed. Lovely and warm and a log burner with wood provided if I needed to be warmer. Snacks, wine and tea and coffee with fresh milk for me to enjoy when I got there. Easy to find using the instructions, easy to get in with the key safe, really easy and safe parking right outside. All in all it was excellent and I would definitely stay again.

Hidden gem in the heart of the Brecons

Great location, close to all the major walks in the area so an ideal base to explore from. The property was so cosy and warm and the hosts made it feel so welcoming, it was so nice to come back to after some adverse weather whilst out exploring. This is such a hidden gem right in the heart of the Brecon Beacons and we had such a lovely stay.
