Bardzo komunikatywna i pomocna gospodyni. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, miłe i przytulne, czyste. Jest blisko głównych arterii Agadiru a mimo to jest ciche. Strzeżone osiedle z miłym i pomocnym panem ochroniarzem dodatkowo daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Wygodny parking przy bloku. Serdecznie polecam jako dobrą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania miasta ale też w okolice Agadiru. Sporo knajpek, sklepów i kawiarni w pobliżu.
Mieszkanie na parterze z widokiem na ściany sąsiednich budynków mogą rozczarować osoby wymagające przestrzeni za oknami, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Na klatce schodowej dało się wyczuć zapach wilgoci, ale w samym mieszkaniu pachniało ładnie i nie było czuć zapachu z korytarza.
