Appartement refait à neuf, spacieux, grande salle de douche avec toilettes. Bien isolé de la rue très passante. Chambre avec lit de 160 très confortable donnant sur l'autre rue très calme. Possibilité de stationner dans l'une ou l'autre rue. Restaurant à conseiller: La Bistronomie Angoulême (réserver). Bonnes pizzas à emporter un peu plus haut sur la rue d'Angoulême: Da Marina.
Un peu loin du centre à pied. Il manque un sèche-cheveux et un livret d'accueil avec en particulier les modes d'emploi de l'électro-ménager, des adresses de restaurants, boulangeries, fonctionnement et localisation des poubelles... Le linge de lit est fourni mais pas de linge de cuisine.
