Great location, near the river and with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I basically just walked everywhere. The room is small but comfortable for short stays.
Had trouble finding the building door, and the flickering lights of the bathroom were a bit annoying.

La ubicación es perfecta, entre las tiendas mas importantes en pleno barrio historico y a metros del lago, con dos supermercados muy cerca. El departamento es cómodo, muy iluminado, tiene de todo y es extremadamente acogedor.
Solo por buscar algo, seria bueno que hubiera una escoba para poder barrer algo que seria caiga o con los dias, pero solo x buscar algo para decir.

Great location. Clean, comfortable, quiet.
The property listing says “free toiletries.” The only thing provided is a free mini soap bar. This is not adequate. Free toiletries means a traveler does not have to at minimum worry about shampoo and soap in the shower. The owner also declined to provide it when asked. Just advertise that you don’t provide toiletries so people can plan accordingly - don’t claim what you don’t provide.

It was quite, location great & comfortable bed & pillows, though charmless.
Lift was broken & I was not forwarned; so I had to carry a big 20 kg suitcase (with all my work samples in it) up 2 flights of stairs, several times a day! The entrance door from the street opens out over the 3 the steps one has to climb up to enter the building; this practically knocks you & your suitcase off the stairs, which is very unsettling when one is on ones own without a 2nd persom to hold the door open & help you not fall over.
