Καλή τοποθεσία, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν και ήταν ικανοποιητικά καθαρό.
Ήταν πολύ σκοτεινό γιατί έχει μόνο ένα παράθυρο και τα σκούρα χρώματα που έχετε χρησιμοποιήσει το σκοτεινιάζουν κι άλλο! Είχε αρκετά ζωύφια, κουνούπια, αράχνες γιατί δεν είχε σίτα στο παράθυρο. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε δεύτερο σεντόνι για να σκεπαστεί το παιδί μας που χρησιμοποίησε τον καναπέ.
