Oakwoods 1BR Suite in Bankview

Location good. Spacious. Clean. Washing machine and drier very useful for longer stays. Communication was excellent.

Needs updating in all areas but it was clean.

It was a really cute location and building and the carpet wasn't bad

The mattress and couch were really gross it looked like they found them outside. The couch has cigarette burns and it looks like its moulding and the mattress is brown from stain marks. The door in the bedroom has deep dog scratches on it and it's really creepy. There isn't a dish washer and they give you an old used sponge. The pillows and duvet were also really gross under the cases and gave me the heebie jeebies after we had stayed and used these things for two nights. I have pictures but it won't let me post them. It would be really cute if they cared to get furniture in better shape because I'm almost positive they picked the mattress and couch up in a downtown alley.
