wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Das Bett war supergut, eine feste Matraze, die Wohnung ist hell und supersauber. Der Ort ist sehr sicher, weil das Schließsystem gut ist und weil es auf dem Rocha -Platz Security gibt. DIe Lage ist gut, man kann fast alles zu Fuß machen.

Dieses Mal schien es uns ziemlich laut, weil das Wohnung nach vorne zum Platz geht. Auch im Gebäude hört man sehr viel: die Nachbarin, die Gesangsunterricht gibt, was im Flur vor der Tür passiert- es ist nicht sehr gut schallisoliert. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war wenig. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Kaffeekocher mitgebracht und es gibt keine kleinen Schüsseln, keinen Toaster. Es heißt, es gibt eine Waschmaschine- vielleicht im Keller.

The location was excellent, close to key areas of the city, supermarkets, and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and offered an amazing view of Plaza Rocha from the window. Santiago was a wonderful host who made my arrival, as well as the key collection and return, incredibly easy. He also addressed one of my concerns right away, even though it wasn’t related to the property itself. The apartment was great, and his support made the stay even better.
