Es war alles neu und in Ordnung. Die Lage zur Stadt war auch gut. Entweder mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß konnte man alles erreichen.

The heater was often not functioning properly.

The location for getting into town was very convenient. Linden Viertel, Market Side and the old park. Very convenient for supermarket only 3 minutes away. Good choice of restaurants. Laundry for long stays in walking distance. Apartment is ground floor which is great if you have a heavy suitcase.

Heating had not been turned on for my arrival and it was freezing , also being overwhelmed by the smell of smoke as soon as I opened the door. Main room is too cold and uncomfortable to sit of an evening. Washbasin is set much too low in the bathroom. No topf Lappen, cutting knives or stirring spoons. I bought some. Apartment has great potential and could be made into a really cosy place with a little finishing of and a bit more attention to detail. Bedroom door handle falling of also main door handle not tight. Surrounding area, Hinterhof, Eingang Bereich needs cleaning up.
