Clean, quiet, comfortable, good location.
A good, comfortable house for a 6 person stay. Convenient, quiet location with car parking. Hosts good at communicating / responding to messages. Would stay again.
A couple of minor issues like oven not working, stair gates on all stairs in a 3 story house of just adults inconvenient, but appreciate necessary for those with young children.

A great property within a great location to easily see the sights of Swansea
The property was really clean and bright. The bedrooms were spacious as was the living area. We had less towels than expected but a quick text with the owner and this was sorted out. The location is fantastic and the directions provided for getting there were really easy to follow.
Nothing negative to say about this property. Only piece of feedback would be that a welcome pack of basics would be nice, with a few dishwasher tabs, tea and coffee. We were only staying 2 nights so we didn’t really want to buy lots of basics.

Really happy, great location, brilliant hosts
The location was brilliant. The waterfront is an up and coming area in Swansea. We were able to walk to a local shop (Tesco Express) and local facilities (McDonalds, Starbucks, Greggs, Beefeater pub). Hosts were brilliant about us bringing our dog. The property was clean and nicely furnished. Kettle, tea and coffee supplied. Parking available. A great place to stay, well hosted and we were very happy to have booked this property.
All very minor comments! There weren't many clothes hangers in the wardrobes. There is nowhere to sit outside. Google maps is not sure where the house is (Not the owners fault, but we had a bit of a hunt when we arrived)

Location, short walk to town,shops & dog friendly beach. Quite spacious, stair gates a bonus

Great communication and easy check-in. House was spotless and a brilliant location for Swansea and the Gower.
Couldn’t find Salt and Pepper but negligible.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Swansea!
Ungeheuer nettes Haus über mehrere Etagen mit gemütlich fluffigen Teppichen. Geräumig. Ruhig. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter ist immer gut erreichbar. Der Hafen ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Abends kann man schön am Wasser sitzen, das Becken ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Die Badezimmer waren nicht allzu gut gesäubert und Müllbeutel stapelten sich im Schuppen.
