La situation (30 m de la mer). Pouvoir se garer dans la rue devant l'immeuble. La propreté de l'immeuble et du logement.
Légère odeur de tabac froid dans l'appartement. Bruit du réfrigérateur. Pas de volet à la seule fenêtre du logement. Absence de climatisation (mais cela était bien précisé dans l'annonce).

La sécurité des lieux, le calme
La literie trop molle , propreté laisse désirer ( poussière ) manque d'un tapis de douche et de produits de toilettes ( gel douche)

Li manca manteniment i una mica de neteja a fons. He hagut de demanar els codis d'accés a la propietat. Quan ja havia passat l'hora d'entrada encara no els havia enviat
