First of all, this is a very special place. Just beautiful, right at the beach, nice bar next door. Very open space and perfect views. I would most definitely come back here alone for this. Then on top you get the nicest hosts/staff. Raja is just the sweetest person, always there if you need a hand, saw him cleaning the beach in front of the property one day. Very attentive and simply friendliness in person! I didn't get to meet Kasun but communication through WhatsApp was equally friendly and uncomplicated. Thank you so much!

Be aware that it can get a little noisy. We didn't mind the ocean sound at all (yes, it gets loud but hey you're right on the beach!). For the street sound, they're already working on a solution. Bring some Ohropax and enjoy your stay!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. It was a very pleasant surprise. The host was very friendly and helpful. The villa is about 10 minutes from Galle, so it was lovely and quiet. There were a great selection of restaurants on the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There isn’t anything to not like

The host was very friendly and helpfull. The building consist of two levels. We were in the upper level, which had the best view and more privacy I think. The room was clean and comfortable. Showering between the plants feels nice. But the beach is was makes this place great. There are lots of bars/restaurants very nearby which means you can stay here for a week and eat somewhere else every day. We liked Bara Beach the most which is also recommended by the host. Having lots of places the sit, eat, drink and relax nearby is really great, but you can also choose to just sit on you balcony and read a book and enjoy a great view. If you want to see the sunset, you have to go to the beach or restaurant. You can't perfectly see it from the balcony. But that is not a problem as the beach is a 10 meter walk.

It can be noisy during the night. The sound of the waves is okay, but you also hear the road behind it a lot. We were pretty tired most nights so not a real problem for us,, but if you have trouble sleeping, then the noise can make it harder. There was also some sunlight that came through the roof in the bathroom which shines into the bed in the morning.
