We really enjoyed the space in the room and the kettle and coffee maker. The bed was really comfortable and the pillow excellent. It was very close to the city so walking anywhere was very easy. The bathroom was bigger than most bathrooms we have encountered. It was basic but really comfortable

There wasn’t reception but when I rang a number someone came and checked us in. It would be helpful to have the Wifi code in the room rather than having to ring again.

Clean, comfortable and good location

The location is perfect and the staff were so friendly. The room was cleaner than we expected. Also we made our reservation at last minute but they were still being able to make the room ready on time. P.S: Especially Iranian guy (he didnt give his name) was so nice, respectful and made us very comfortable. I hope he gets a good raise! :)

Great location in a great little city

Location is as central as it gets. Staff were friendly at check in( rooms are above an American themed restaurant) we were allowed to keep our bikes in the basement of the restaurant overnight

Nice view of an old church's feature window from our room. Nice location near a public square with a few restaurants etc. Walkable from the train station.

Tiny shower, check-in closes early. Host didn't seem thrilled to see us. Generally unremarkable, but adequate.

One step above a hostel but in the city centre.

Good location. For the very cheap price, it was acceptable. Bedroom big enough for one person. Okay decoration.

Check in stupid - they have to phone people and leave you waiting. There is no reception so when they say you can leave things with reception and pick up vouchers, this is a lie. Toiletries random- I stayed two non-consecutive nights and one room had only shower gel, the other only shampoo. Kettle and coffee machine in room didn't work. Beds clean but sheets stained.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht mitte in der Stadt.

Das kleine Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum. Ein- und auschecken war schnell und unkompliziert.

Wenn ich ein kleiner Vorschlag machen darf: gemütlicheres Licht am Bett wäre schön.

Um die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen, kann man kaum eine bessere Lage finden. In wenigen Schritten ist ein großes Parkhaus zu erreichen.

Am Hoteleingang sollte besser erkennbar sein, dass sich die Rezeption im Burger-Restaurant befindet.

Pas au niveau, et surtout pas pour un séjour professsionnel.

L'«hôtel» est bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville. La chambre est confortable.

Complètement désorganisé: il n'y a pas de réception, 2 personnes discutent devant la porte. La chambre réservée n'était pas disponible ! J'ai été placé d'abord dans une chambre, je pense réservée pour le personnel. Une heure plus tard, une vraie chambre a été libérée… partiellement (des vêtements ont été oubliés). Pas de code Wifi donné. Mais surtout: malgré 3 relances (via messagerie booking et téléphone), aucune facture ne m'a été fournie, ce qui complique le remboursement des frais de mission.

Der Boden war sehr sauber.

Rezeption, wenn man es so nennen kann im Imbis. Hatten 3 Zimmer und alle mit schwarzem Schimmel! Alle Betten knarzen sehr laut auch wenn man sich kaum bewegt. In der Heizung ist Luft und nur am gluckern.

O alarme estava dentro de um móvel e tocou durante a noite do nada... O dono do estabelecimento trabalha na hamburgueria ao lado e não fala inglês. A comunicação é nula. Chegamos ao hotel e estava fechado e dizia para ligar para um número que não atendida... Não aconselho.

Keine Rezeption. Verrauchte Zimmer, Toilette riecht extrem nach Urin und bei minus- Grad draußen- keine Heizung. Auch bei mehrmaligen Anrufen, Schreiben und melden: Keine Antwort und auch keine Rechnung erhalten, die für die Abrechnung der Dienstreise notwendig ist. Das Personal versteht kein Deutsch und kein Englisch.

Расположен в центре города, недалеко от вокзала. Заселение проводится быстро. Номер большой, есть все необходимое, кофемашина, чаи и кофе, холодильник, телевизор кому нужно. В номере чисто, постель удобная, все белоснежное. Приедем ещё!

Mit ein paar Änderungen und Professionalität kann das noch richtig gut werden!

Das Zimmer selbst ist eigentlich wirklich gut: Wasserkocher mit Tee-Auswahl, Senseo Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, bequemes Bett, Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und Ende September an einem kühlen Tag tatsächlich mit laufender Heizung. Das Badezimmer ist sauber, die Handtücher riechen angenehm frisch. Lediglich der Fön gehört ausgetauscht.

Es war einmal ein Brauhotel mit Craftbeerstube. Das hat wohl leider zugemacht und daraus wurde das VEGAS Restaurant und Hotel. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber warum hängen immer noch die Zettel und Aufkleber des alten Besitzers im Zimmer? Noch dazu nach Monaten? Das ist unprofessionell. Ich finde es schade, dass das Braukonzept nicht funktioniert hat (hätte ich gerne erlebt) und bin etwas am Zweifeln, ob das neue so funktionieren kann. Der Fön gehört ausgetauscht. Der Service ist so lala: der Mitarbeiter des Restaurants hat keine Schlüssel zu den Zimmern und einen Checkin Bereich gibt es nicht. Man ruft eine Handynummer an, die handgeschrieben an einer offenen Seitentür steht und dann kommt fünf Minuten später jemand, der gebrochen Deutsch spricht und einem die Schlüssel aushändigt. Ich habe ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. War mir egal: ich war allein. Es war zudem das schönere Zimmer im Vergleich zu den Fotos bei Buchung!

Das Hotel liegt an einer guten Lage mitten in Zentrum von Bonn. Es gibt Kaffee und Tee und Wasser umsonst

Man muss anrufen, damit man einchecken kann. Das finde ich nicht so schön Es gibt keine Rezeption.

Good night from the main stage

Check in war schnell und problemlos. Haben uns unten im Restaurant gemeldet und innerhalb von zwei Minuten war jmd da und hat uns einen Schlüssel gegeben. Sehr großes Zimmer mit Erker & Senseo Maschine

Hauptproblem: Wir waren von Fr bis Sonntag da und selbst für mich (Hostel-Mehrbett-gewöhnt) so laut dass ich kaum geschlafen habe. Party all night in der Fußgängerzone und den Kneipen darunter, laute Passanten, in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag so lautet Club Musik dass man wirklich gefühlt auf dem Dancefloor genächtigt hat. Nicht nur "Bassgewummer" sondern auch die Vocals, bis halb 4. An sich ist die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt natürlich praktisch, aber am Wochenende würde ich hier nicht noch einmal übernachten. Badezimmer winzig (zu zweit keine Chance)

Es war super zentral und alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurztrip braucht. Nicht komfortabel aber nicht eklig.

Das Ankommen ist ein wenig unübersichtlich und Luxus ist anders aber die Lage war uns am wichtigsten - genauso der Preis.

Es gibt keine Rezeption. Als ich ankam, war dort niemand und es ging auch niemand ans Telefon. Erst der zweiter Anruf nach 10 Minuten brachte Erfolg.

Super Lage, direkt in der Fußgängerzone, moderne Einrichtung, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer.

Der Eingang ist etwas versteckt, wir standen erst im Burger Restaurant und waren unsicher, ob wir richtig sind, aber da wurde uns gleich geholfen.

Super Lage aber schlechtes Zimmer

Tolle Lage

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig eingerichtet und sah anders aus als auf den Bildern. An den Wänden waren schwarze Streifspuren und Bohrlöcher an mehreren Stellen, auch da wo wahrscheinlich der fehlende Fernseher hätte sein sollen. Es wirkte unfertig und ungemütlich. Die Sesselstühle sahen so fleckig und ranzig aus, dass man nicht darauf sitzen wollte. Ich habe zweimal den Vermieter angeschrieben und nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Besser mehr Geld ausgeben für ein anderes Hotel

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel, damals hieß es noch Brauhotel und hatte unten eine coole Bierbar drin, da hatte das Hotel noch etwas Stil, mittlerweile abgeranzte Zimmer. Handtücher müssen dringend erneuert werden. Dusche ist katastrophal, Schimmel mit weißer Farbe übersprüht, keine Haken, keine Ablagefläche. Toilette stinkt nach Urin. Nachts extremer Krach und durch jugendliche Hotelgäste, die fast die Tür des Hotelzimmers einschlagen. Einziger Trost… hat ja nur 75€ gekostet und die Lage ist natürlich Top. Günstiges Parken Tiefgarage Oper für 13€ die Nacht.

Wir haben mehrfach nach einer weiteren Decke gefragt, das wurde uns immer wieder versprochen, beim 3. Mal sogar mit handschlag und bis zur Abreise gab es keine. Der Service beschränkte sich darauf uns aufzufordern eine gute Bewertung zu schreiben.

Mir hat die Lage des Hotels sehr gefallen – direkt im Stadtzentrum. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass es Duschgel gab sowie eine Kaffeemaschine und Tee im Zimmer

Wir mussten über eine Stunde draußen warten, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen und einzuchecken, weil der Hotelmanager nicht auf Anrufe oder Nachrichten reagiert hat. Auch andere Gäste haben sich draußen versammelt, einige warteten sogar noch länger. Ich dachte schon, dass wir gar nicht mehr einchecken können, aber zum Glück bat der Manager eine Bekannte, uns die Schlüssel zu bringen. Sie konnte uns auch die Regeln für den Check-in und Check-out erklären.
