The owner was fantastic and really made the stay easy, very responsive and helpful throughout. The flat itself was excellent, and the location couldn't be better. Overall a really solid stay and we'd happily book again.

Just a few small maintenance details worth mentioning, the kitchen tap was a bit loose and wobbled when in use, and the mirror had a small crack. Nothing that affected the stay, but a couple of minor things around the flat felt like they were starting to wear out and could use some attention.

Location is very good. Although not right in the centre, it’s a very good area with plenty of shops, coffee shops, restaurants etc only a few mins walk. Comfortable apartment and safe.

Street noise at night from traffic was quite bad at times. There was only one towel. I asked owner for another. His initial answer was that there were some hanging up in the wardrobe that were almost dry that the cleaner hadn’t time to dry fully. In reality they were pretty wet. Next morning he messaged asking could he call to collect his money for the apartment (he lives very close by and I’d arrived late the night before). I said no problem, but could he bring a towel as the others were too wet. He called for his money, but again did not provide the towel. Instead he told me to use the washer dryer in the apartment. The instructions were in Romanian, I asked him which setting should I use and he hadn’t a clue and it was obvious it was only a nuisance to him. After he went, I sorted it with the help of ChatGPT myself. This isn’t a big issue, but towels are a basic necessity and I asked him twice for an extra towel and he wouldn’t provide it.
