    The receptionist was very kind and polite. We checked out at 12 PM, but since our bus to Ho Chi Minh was scheduled for 10 PM, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel lobby. This made it much easier for us to explore Da Lat without having to carry our bags. Later, my nephew, who has Angelman syndrome, suddenly caught a fever. The receptionist was extremely understanding and went out of their way to help. They kindly allowed my nephew, along with my brother and his wife, to use a small room so he could rest and sleep after taking his medication. We truly appreciated this thoughtful and compassionate gesture, it made a difficult situation much more manageable.

    Tseh (The front desk receptionist who ran the entire hotel) was an exceptional person. His English was excellent and went out of his way to provide the best service possible. We even had certain unordinary requests such as moving the TV and what not, absolutely everything was accommodated. Overall highly recommend!

    Vị trí nằm trong hẽm nhỏ, dốc, mình đi xe moto phân khối lớn nên ra vào hơi khó khăn chút, nhưng được nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình nên cũng oke. Mình đi mùa bão + đường hẽm đang thi công hơi lầy lội nhưng bên trong khách sạn vẫn rất sạch sẽ, phòng tắm có nước nóng đầy đủ 24/24, thiết bị trong nhà tắm cũng trắng sáng, nhìn sạch + sang. Giá cả mùa lễ nhưng vẫn hợp lý, nói chung đáng để trải nghiệm.

    Very nice little hotel with well equipped rooms featuring AC, minifridge, and a balcony. The employee working the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was a success. The only thing to note is that their card machine does not work so it is cash only for payment.
