A nice and convenient stay

The location of the hotel was great for exploring Cincinnati, and especially for the stadiums (we were visiting to see a Bengals game). The hotel itself is modern and clean. Our room was large and spacious, with a nice seating area for watching TV and a big bed. The shower was absolutely amazing! Staff were kind and friendly.

We arrived at 8pm and our room wasn't immediately ready. It was sorted quickly, but after a 15hr journey it would have been nice for it to be ready. No restaurant or room service. Only food on offer is a very limited choice in reception. The safe was very temperamental and on 2 days wouldn't lock at all. The bed wasn't particularly comfy. The room was very noisy with the tram going past and major roads nearby - not the hotel's fault given its city center location, but just one to be aware of.

Clean, the shower was incredible. Staff was nice and they guided me through everything. Checkout was a breeze.

Not a family friendly hotel!!

The room was really nice, very clean

It seemed like a party hotel for the younger crowds, we didn't like the fact that every time we got on the elevator there was always someone or multiple people very drunk. It was not family friendly and I didn't even feel comfortable going out to explore the hotel because of how many drunk people I encountered. The staff was not very helpful when I called them to ask them about the WIFI, it was almost like they were rushing to get me off the phone. For the price I paid, I expected it to be better.

Don't stay here if you like hot showers

The location was good and the roof top bar was cool, the bartenders were very good and my drink was excellent. However, they were understaffed for the crowd and tables were not cleared as quickly as they should have been. The only food that you could order was tacos. Not a fan of the music they were playing.

The front desk area, where we checked in was part of the bar, which was disconcerting. The entrance to the Hotel was NOT nice(in the alley across from a parking garage). The hotel had only been open for a little over a month, and maybe they haven't worked out the kinks yet. However, the beds were hard, our room was cramped and overlooked the alley. The lights next to the bed were too low and where almost worthless to read by. The room was generally dim. The worst part was the shower!! No place to put toiletries was inconvenient, but even worse was the fact that we could only get very hot water or very cold water from the shower. It had detailed instructions on how to work the handle, which seemed strange at first, but in hindsight it indicated to me that it has been a problem in the past. It was so awful! After spending 30 min fussing with the handle I had to take a cold shower. My husband could not believe it, but found out the same and also took an ice cold shower. Not a fun way to end the day. This room was definitely NOT worth the $400+ price tag. When my husband complained to the front desk and they agreed to comp us the room. However, when we checked out the next day, they only gave us half off. Wow...at least it was better than nothing. We will not be staying there again. A very unpleasant experience!
