Exceptional, one in a million staff.
Sometimes one needs to deal somehow with other guests - normal in a hostel. Iit's not only short-term travellers, but also long-term residents. Treating people how one would like to be treated works wonders and overall there aren't many things to complain about in my opinion.

+ wygodne łóżko,
+ parking na terenie hostelu,
+ dwa prysznice na piętrze,
+ lasek do pospacerowania w okolicy,

the water is hot and the shower is fine; the place is mostly clean and cozy.
old mattress makes creaking sounds - it's very difficult to sleep; people sleep during the day and night depending on their work hours - this + noisy mattress makes hard rest.
