Very modern apartment . The view from the balcony was amazing

This apartment boasts an excellent location offering stunning views across Lynmouth harbour. Spacious and large, it features two bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. Wooden floors and a wooden staircase connect the bedrooms. The owners provided excellent communication and instructions before our arrival, with regular check-ins during our holiday. Within the complex, signs help locate your apartment and helpful trolleys are available near car parks for loading and unloading. A maintained footpath leads from the property to Lynmouth through the woods, though it may be steeper for less able guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The only downside was arriving late on a Friday evening in the rain and darkness to find both car parks unlit. This made it difficult to find our allocated spaces. It was lit on other nights so I’m unsure why it wasn’t working on our first night. The balcony feels open with neighbours but it’s something to be aware of if you’re travelling with younger children or dogs. The view is amazing and well worth it.

Absolutely amazing view from the apartment. Nice comfortable furniture. Little touches were helpful such as washing machine/ dishwasher tablets and toiletries. Really appreciated the yoga class offer. Instructions ahead of our arrival were great.

The floors could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. It felt slightly unclean underfoot, so a little extra attention to the flooring would have improved the stay.
