Bumble Bee Cottage - Quiet comfort for 2

It was VERY CLEAN! It is the size of an apartment, which is perfect for a visit to Peoria Heights. It is close to all the fun stuff live oitdoor concerts, CAT visitors center, Riverfront Museum, good food.. New everything, plenty of clothes storage, furniture is comfortable and the bed was surprisingly nice! I am partial to a Sleepnumber bed, but for 1 person 6'3, that bed was GREAT! Very very attentive customer service.

It was taken care of, but housekeeping forgot wash cloths and towels. They fixed it THAT DAY! So fast!!! I would suggest 2 things. 1, a bright color on the step up to the bathroom. I tripped, but didnt fall. The other is the shower is tiny, but I am 6'3 and 200lbs, so shy of a full shower, they are tiny. The hot and cold water are backwards in the shower, but you can figure it out. I still highly recommend this place for a stay in Peoria Heights!

It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was more spacious than a hotel. I stay in hotels a lot for work, this was my first time going outside the box and I’m so glad I did. It was very comfortable and felt like home. It was nice to be able to park right out front and not have to deal with elevators.

The shower was a little small but I’ll take that slight inconvenience given all the positives the property has to offer
