Beach Side Getaway - Brighton Le-Sands 2 Bedroom Apartment

La ubicación fue perfecta para mi que estaba visitando familia muy cerquita de ahí, pero además tenía la playa a una cuadra y hasta se puede ver el mar desde la ventana de la cocina. Está en un barrio muy lindo con muchos lugares para comer y tomar algo y cerca de un parque enorme y precioso para pasear, andar en bici o ir a caminar. Tiene buenas líneas de colectivos que te acercan a todos lados, también está cerca del tren que te lleva al centro de Sydney. El departamento es impecable, super lumninoso, excelentemente equipado, todo está en perfecto estado y es de muy buen gusto. Algo que no me esperaba, tiene una excelente biblioteca. Me hubiera quedado más tiempo solo para poder disfrutar de esos libros!

It's a three-story walk-up which was difficult with luggage and umbrella because it was pouring rain. I only stayed there overnight so he didn't use the kitchen or even watch TV so can't comment on any of that. I tried to use the bath, the switch between the water coming through the shower head or the bath faucet doesn't work so when you're running a bath hot water is coming out of the shower head as well.

Well located , easy walk to main Street , dining options , supermarket & beach Light filled good sized unit Well stocked pantry facilities , cookware / appliances including dishwasher , washing machine and dryer Basic bath toiletries and kitchen condiments available Nice cool little balcony catching sea breezes and small table chairs to sit out

Although this was booked on Booking. com, it was more like Air BnB. Messages to "host/ manager " via app were not answered although entry / exit procedures provided. No household manual so unsure what we could use in kitchen / laundry and where to park, how to work appliances although mostly self explanatory . Unit had no ceiling fans or air con , tends to retain the heat and small desk/ floor fans were not sufficient. Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave and with windows open at night , traffic noise and the light from neighbours was distracting especially at night on weekends . Unit was on second level up via stairs . Shower over bath arrangement - bath surface a little slippery and taps quite low positioned . No mixer tap in bath so can potentially be bit hazardous for young kids. Toilet flush was inconsistent - plumbing review required. One of dining chairs was broken - needs to be removed/ repaired
