We loved our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was very convenient, and everything was perfect overall. We would happily stay here again.

My family really enjoyed the water park attached to the resort, especially the connecting pool that led right to the condo. It made it so easy to go back and forth, and everyone had a great time relaxing and having fun.

I was really disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the condo. For a five-bedroom property, the cleaning was far below what I expected. The lack of cleanliness was noticeable in both the bedrooms and the common areas. The bed linens and comforters also appeared unclean, which made it uncomfortable to sleep and left us questioning whether they had been properly washed before our arrival. What may have been considered normal wear and tear, combined with the poor housekeeping, made the condo look much worse than the pictures shown on the website. It definitely did not match the expectations that were set online. To make matters worse, the outdoor trash can was completely infested with maggots. It was absolutely disgusting and made it nearly impossible to follow the property’s instructions for disposing of our garbage. Every time we had to take the trash out, we were greeted by a trash can crawling with maggots, which was unsanitary, revolting, and unacceptable. A basic expectation of any vacation rental is cleanliness, and unfortunately, this property fell far short of that standard.
