The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful, so it is very unfortunate that it has not been maintained. It is just steps from the water and a short walk to the historic downtown.
The host was completely unresponsive the entire time. I think this Home is more active on another booking platform, so the host does not check booking.com at all. The house has not been well maintained - many window handles are coming loose. The Jacuzzi does not drain so it is not functional. The house is wasn’t cleaned very well, and the trash from the guests before us was overflowing in the outside bins, so we had no place to put our trash.
