Elegant 2bd Flat in Brighton Marina - Free Parking

Was very spacious,clean ,near to all amenities, location so good ,buses frequent and nearby ,asda across the road for essentials, perfect location,would recommend this place .

Worktops seemed to be very sticky evan after cleaning but not dirty just sticky .

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Bei der Ankunft dachten wir zwar, dass wir in einer weniger schönen Gegend gelandet seien (großer Supermarkt links, großes Parkhaus rechts, Tankstelle, Mc Donalds usw.), aber die Hafengegend ist schön, es gibt viele Restaurants usw. Mit dem Bus Linie 7 ist man sehr schnell in den „Lanes“ und kann von dort bequem zum Strand/Pier gehen. Tipp: 2-Tages-Ticket für den Hop on/Hop off-Bus kaufen, damit kann man abends auch mit den regulären Bussen fahren. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Sofas (man kann die Beine hochlegen), schöne Küche, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles bestens. Der Parkplatz ist super. Die Beschreibungen zur Ankunft sind gut, auch wenn wir etwas verwirrt waren, kann man alles gut finden. Der Handwerker oder Hausmeister, der für Louis tätig ist, ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit!

Der Balkon müsste aufgehübscht und mit einem Tisch versehen werden. Bei den extremen Temperaturen war es sehr heiß in der Wohnung, aber wann ist es schon so heiß in England? Die Toilette im Duschbad wackelt sehr. Es fehlen Ablagen und Nachtischlampen in den Schlafzimmern! Die schönen Holz-Arbeitsflächen in der Küche waren mit einem sehr klebrigen Mittel behandelt worden und klebten die ganze Zeit.

We stayed 3 nights in this apartment. Accessing it was slightly complicated, but not difficult, and the instructions were very clear. The beds were comfortable, the main living space was clean and bright. Buses into Brighton were a minute or two’s walk away and we found the buses to and from Brighton very efficient, with very helpful drivers. Having an Asda on the doorstep didn’t enhance the view but was very convenient. It was nice having a balcony, even if the view was just of the cliffs that tower over the marina. Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. Having a parking space was useful (tho the numbering of the spaces and of the flats was not straightforward!)

The Marina is a bit out of town, and feels a bit run down. There are places to eat, but none felt especially brilliant. However, as I said before, the buses were very efficient and we made good use of them

The kitchen was dirty sticky sides and had not been cleaned for days no sea view and looked a lot smaller and tired/dated than expected. Expensive stay for what we paid
