    Ah this hotel has so much promise. It's in a great location geography wise but is stationed on the ring road and is so noisy: surrounded by neverending traffic and construction. I stayed on the 5th floor but noise still travelled up because the windows don't seal properly and there's no double glazing (this being quite a budget hotel). I overheard another guest ask for a fan simply to block out the noise a little. To add insult to injury, my second room was underneath the terrace and the furniture was dragged across the floor/my ceiling late at night when the staff packed up. The rooms are small (too much so -- no room for luggage or devices) and clean, but size-wise there's not much difference between deluxe and executive. I had an issue with one of the desk managers who gaslighted me wrt an issue with my room (the exhaust fan pipes from the kitchens were outside the unsealed window and food smells came into my room frequently, causing nausea). He basically told me this wasn't possible, and shifted me to another problematic room. I'd rather stay in a quiet location in Kalyan Nagar, or even in the back streets of Hennur, as I can't see any advantage to staying in such a rowdy location -- feel so sorry for people in the hospital next door! The waiters and door staff are all lovely people, however -- props to them.
