This worked out to be a perfect location for our stay as we were celebrating a family birthday and they lived two blocks away. We could spend all our time at their house and then come back to our VRBO for the two and three-year-old to nap. it was actually in walking distance.The house had everything we needed for my husband and I and son’s family. Well, we ate most meals at our other son’s house, the VRBO had what we needed for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The hot tub was nice after the babies went to bed.

This is such a beautifully designed home! It is deceptively spacious and we had sooo much room for the 4 of us and a pup. The backyard is great as well. The neighborhood was quiet and you’re a pretty short drive away from Olde Town Arvada. Highly recommend this property!

The lovely decor of this VRBO was a main attraction and we definitely enjoyed that aspect. Communication wasn't very quick when we ran into issues. The lockbox is on the garage door which can be hard to find in the dark. We had a long-lasting power outage on our second night when we had hoped to use some of the amenities which was unfortunate. This was not the fault of the host but there was no offer to make amends.

The house was very nice and clean. It was as advertised. The issue was with the host. Upon arrival we were locked out because the code given did not work. I couldn’t get a response thru the messages. The only number supplied was to VRBO customer service. After standing outside for 45 minutes, and refund options were starting to be talked about, one of the codes the rep gave ended up working. 18 hours later the host finally messaged back.
