About this house rental
The oldest house in downtown Wilmington, 4 miles from Whiteface Mtn. Built in the 1800's and recently renovated keeping the old, treasured features. This home has the unique ability to add rooms but also add wellness services la a carte style with River Stone Wellness Center. The Storr's home shares the property across the street allowing you to have access to the river, gardens, patios, fire ring, a dam with waterfall and a lean-to. A private yard, walkable to restaurants, trails, and fishing.
The main room is a studio apartment on the 1st floor equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. The middle room "Ester" has a great view of Ester mountain in the shoulder and winter months. the yard has plenty of grass to play on. This shared space with the property across the street to provide River access, a lean to, and outdoor patios the overlook the river. These properties are very quite to being in downtown Wilmington where you can walk to most things (restaurants, ice cream place, beach, candy store, and grocery store) or have a short bike ride.

There are yard games in the back shed - feel free to use them. And board games in the main suite on the 1st floor.
