With two cozy bedrooms, a charming deck, and firepit, you'll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. You'll love the convenience of being only minutes away from town and less than 15 minutes from popular events like Floyd Fest and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our cabin offers the ultimate privacy, with no neighbors in sight. And if you're heading to the New River Valley, we're less than an hour from Virginia Tech, Radford University, and Ferrum College.

Very cozy and clean home surrounded by beautiful wood lot. We loved how close to the main road it was, and the quick 5 minute drive to downtown Floyd. The view from the loft was spectacular. The queen bed we slept in on the main floor was comfy, the shower felt wonderful with the rain shower head, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit on the deck and watching deer forage in the woods nearby. It was really a peaceful and serene getaway, and we definitely plan on returning.

The Blue Rock Escape is perfect for a getaway - the house was clean and cozy and the location was an ideal place from which to explore Floyd and surroundings. Pat is a super responsive host (including going above and beyond to get a lost item back to us!). We would happily return!

Stayed at this cozy property for a second time this year as we traveled to Virginia for another bike race. The hosts are great and have good communication throughout the stay. Clean and comfortable home nestled in the woods for privacy and quiet.
