• Our goal is for you to feel at home and have a carefree vacation. Therefore, you’ll find our cabin stocked with items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products and much more.
• You’ll find many little touches for an eco-friendly stay including recycling and many all-natural products.
• You help us make a difference in the local community, as with each stay, we donate to support kids entering the foster care system.
• You’ll have access to the entire cabin except for the storage closet and garage.
• The road leading to the cabin is curvy and steep but only shared with the few other cabins in the community. Due to the grade, AWD is required in winter months and recommended throughout the year.
• Check-in is a breeze with digital locks while your custom door code provides safety.
• Per our house rules, you will be required to sign a renter’s agreement at the time of booking where a copy of your ID will be requested.
• Per our house rules, you will be required to schedule a $500 security deposit hold at the time of booking. The hold is processed the day before your check-in and, as long as the cabin and property are left in good condition, it is released within 3 days of your check-out.
• We understand that accidents happen. As part of your reservation, you will receive accidental damage protection for up to $500 (exclusions apply). We kindly ask that you inform us of any damages in a timely manner. If the damage was caused by negligence, breaking of house rules or it falls under the exclusions, it may be withheld from your security deposit. Communication is key. Likewise, should you find anything broken upon arrival, please notify us so that we can correct the situation for you in a quick and timely manner.
• There is no smoking or vaping in the cabin or on the decks. Should you choose to smoke, please use the dedicated area on the driveway.
• If you are bringing a pet, this must be included in your booking so that the applicable pet fee is included in your rate. In addition, to the provided amenities, we also provide towels for your pups paws and a vacuum to make keeping the cabin clean during your stay a breeze. We kindly request you to crate your pet when unattended.
• Guests consistently praise our attention to cleanliness, which is attainable for our cleaners to maintain by our guests following the basic check-out instructions. We reserve the right to withhold money from the security deposit if you do not complete the requested tasks. We stand behind our cleanliness standards and will promptly address any concerns you have.
• For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras facing outward only from the cabin and the studio towards the driveway.
• There are no refunds for weather. We suggest you consider purchasing travel insurance for possible cancellations.

The cabin with the additional studio apt were amazing. There were no words for the view besides breathtaking! Vicki was so transparent and accommodating. We were there during a snow storm. She gave us updates and checked on us often. From the moment I reached out before booking to us arriving safely home she was extremely helpful and kind! We will for sure be back and recommend any of her cabins to anyone we can! Thank you Vicki!

I cannot overstate how fantastic our stay at Heavenly Heights was! It was truly amazing. Everything was thought of from coffee & tea provided to spices & utensils in the kitchen. Vicki has thought of everything! She even provided a few free wellness shots in the fridge. So kind!The house itself is in a beautiful, private location. We adored the view from the deck! The games and karaoke machine that were provided helped entertain the kids AND adults. We had so much fun at the house we hardly went into town. Thanks so much, Vicki for a wonderful stay. Your communication & responsiveness is also to be commended. We will be back!

The cabin is absolutely stunning with the most incredible views. We had 8 adults and a baby with plenty of room to gather and individual suites for each couple (one even has a nursery). There were so many personal touches - like the coffee bar and extensive resources for activities in the area - that made this stay special. We look forward to visiting again!

Enjoyed our time at Heavenly Heights Mountain Retreat. Home was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many attractions in the area. Private setting with no neighbors and a quiet neighborhood. Will stay again if we are back in the area.
