Just like the “Sonnenmorgen” apartment, this apartment is located in the brand-new addition to the historic half-timbered house. A staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you’ll find a spacious loft apartment furnished with great care. Warm colors, fine wood, and elegant fabrics harmoniously complement the relaxed, spacious feel of the interior. Together with the open kitchen, the modern shower room, and the open-concept living and dining area, this apartment spans approximately 68 square meters. The loft offers a cozy retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The highlight is direct access to a sheltered rooftop terrace with a view of the historic town center. The standard occupancy for this apartment is two people. With a pull-out couch, the occupancy can be expanded to two adults and two children.

On-site costs: AMENITIES All apartments are equipped with a built-in kitchen, all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, such as a refrigerator, stove, and range hood; pots and pans in various sizes; an oven with a rack and baking sheet; a dishwasher; and a coffee maker. A sufficient set of dishes for the maximum occupancy is provided, as well as a corkscrew, bottle opener, and a basic supply of cleaning and dishwashing detergents. Kitchen towels are, of course, provided. Each apartment has one or more satellite TV sets and free Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, each guest is provided with a high-quality bath towel and a hand towel. Each bathroom is equipped with an electric hair dryer and a basic supply of toilet paper. Bed linens for the respective occupancy level are provided free of charge in sufficient quantities. Parking is available in the courtyard and in the adjacent public parking areas.
