Welcome to Loons Landing located on crystal clear all sports West Twin Lake. The home sits at the end of a private road in a secluded setting of mature trees. The three bedroom, two full bath home is beautifully furnished with amazing views from almost every room. The home comfortably sleeps eight. Included with your stay is 100' dock, 4 kayaks, canoe, party pad.
The stunning outdoor porcelain patio offers multiple areas for enjoying time with family and friends with plenty of room for grilling on the stainless steel gas grill or 36" Blackstone griddle. Enjoy amazing sunsets by the gas firepit or the stone wood burning fire pit nestled among the towering pine trees.
With over 175' feet of private lakefront with spectacular sunsets every evening. The custom built western red cedar fence offers plenty of space and privacy creating the feeling of your own private retreat. The home has over 150' of private dock for your use. The lake is shallow with crystal clear water and a sandy bottom, making it ideal for children.
Located just minutes from the charming town of Lewiston and Michigan premier golf resort Garland Lodge and Resort and 23 minutes from northern Michigan's golf mecca Gaylord, Michigan.
**PONTOON BOAT AVAILABLE** There is a beautiful 25' Bennington Pontoon boat available for rent. The boat will be waiting for you at the dock. Please message me so I can send you the information regarding the boat. Booking for the pontoon boats require a deposit to hold your reservation dates. The boats go fast so reserve early to insure you have a boat for your vacation.
