The backyard was perfect for kids. The house itself seemed to be in the process of updating with a few rundown areas (missing trim, cracked cabinets) but none of it affected function or the stay. We loved the location. The area felt very safe. Overall I would stay here again.

This house is so cute! It is my first choice when visiting my daughter at Trinity University. Roomy house with spacious yard and pool. Quiet street, nice neighbors, very close to campus. We stayed a week and had a great stay. Host is gracious and accommodating.
