    ​Stay Away – Unprofessional Staff & Unfair Hidden Charges. ​Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. ​We requested a brief 5-10-minute extension from housekeeping upon checkout, which was explicitly approved. While navigating down to the reception on B4, we arrived around 12:00. Instead of normal hospitality, the front desk receptionist aggressively demanded an extra 50,000 KRW penalty for 30 minutes, treating us with extreme rudeness and publicly humiliating us in front of other guests. ​Neither housekeeping nor any check-in materials informed us of this charge, and they didn't even send a warning text message until 11:57 AM—minutes before demanding payment. When I tried to reasonably explain that we were never informed, the staff member retaliated by threatening to refuse holding our luggage. ​I have no issue paying legitimate fees, but the hostility, lack of communication, and aggressive threats from management are unacceptable for a high-end residence. Avoid LCT Residences if you expect basic respect and transparent policies.

    Stayed for a few nights with 3 kids in a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The building is beautiful in an amazing location, but upon checking in, I realized that it's comparable to an AirBnB/VRBO that's just managed by a company instead of the owner. There aren't full hotel amenities like a resort hotel. Also, there was no explanation of the benefits/amenities/features. Be careful not to lose the key card as they charge per card that's not returned. Probably won't stay here again.
