In the neighborhood, there are: pharmacies, snack bars, Yepas and Oxxo, a bakery, etc. There is a lagoon nearby with a running track (rustic; the track is made of sand).
The accommodations are comfortable and very safe. The neighborhood security booth is 10 meters from the house, and police are on duty 24 hours a day.
