Modern Condo with Mountain Views, Walk to Downtown condo

The unit is just across the street from the Salt Palace which is where I needed to go. The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower was great. The unit is both spacious and comfortable. This is an open floor plan with two loft bedrooms which are only partially private. There are no curtains on the windows which are in the living room area. Neither of these issues was a problem for me but if you want 2 private bedrooms, this is not for you.

1. I wasn't emailed the check-in instructions. 2. When I called, to get them the system was totally automated and the bot told me to check my email. There was no way to talk to a live person. 3, I then used the online chat function. The person sent me the code for the unit but didn't give me a) the address, b) where to park my car, and c) how to enter the building and the person terminated the conversation before I could get that information and it was impossible to restart the conversation. 4. Eventually I found a guide to the unit which directed me behind the unit. However, the building was not marked with an address. 5. I eventually found the building and got the fob to enter the building. 6. I discovered that the code did not work. Trial and error made me realize I needed to hit the check button before entering the unit which was not in the instructions. Overall, this was the worst check-in experience of my life and I travel frequently and for many years.
