Beautiful flat and building, very spacious, great location - close to the best parts of London and also the underground. Lovely to have a little back garden too. Lots of space for a big family, comfy beds, stocked kitchen.
It was a little dusty and dirty in places and in general needs another coat of paint and some colour to make it cozier. Dishwasher out of order stinks (wish there was at least a dish rack!) Also hated the £40 early check in charge, feels very anti-customer.

Spacious flat with close proximity to the underground. Traveling as a family so It was nice to have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.
The washer was not working upon arrival, which they had contacted us a few days before to let us know and they offered to come fix it a few days into our stay.

Location is optimal, flat is huge and so spacious! Separate Washing room is perfect. Beds are comfortable great pillows. Warm place. Shared garden at the back is wonderful to chill in
To be honest just a few remarks but they don’t really ruin the experience. 1. The Alarm system didn’t work and they tried to fix it even sent a stuff member to try. But didn’t work for the duration of the stay. 2. The kitchen needs new pots and pans as they are in bad shape. 3. Tv was too small for the size of the room. 4. The place could use some paintings or some sort of art.
